1. Services

Liebe Studio provides a range of beauty and skincare services, including but not limited to skincare treatments, laser hair removal, makeup artistry, hairstyling, body contouring, and makeup classes. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Appointments & Booking

• Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via our online booking platform, Vagaro.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with our policies.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.

4. Payments & Refunds

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, and online transactions through Vagaro.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
• Promotions may have expiration dates and are subject to change without notice.
• Liebe Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving treatments.
• Liebe Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
• Clients must follow all safety guidelines and aftercare recommendations provided by our specialists.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Liebe Studio is not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or unsatisfactory results from services.
• We use certified products and equipment; however, individual results may vary.
• Liebe Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Bookings made through Vagaro are subject to Vagaro’s own terms and privacy policies.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for processing bookings and payments.

9. Modifications to Terms & Services

• Liebe Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• We also reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service without prior notice.
